Bill Khoury, MD

Medical Director 

“I’ve seen first-hand how proper wound treatment makes a tremendous impact on patients’ quality of life. I’m excited to take these successful hospital-based treatments and provide patients with easier access in this new outpatient clinic setting.”

In addition to be being board certified in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Khoury is board certified by the American Board of Wound Management and has expertise in treating non-healing ulcerations and prevention of limb amputation. He has expertise in treating nonhealing ulcerations and preventing limb amputation.

Education: Loma Linda University School of Medicine

Dania Youssef, DO

Wound Care Provider

“I have worked as an emergency physician since 2016 so I truly understand how important it is to receive treatment quickly. My goal is to promote healing, prevent infections, and improve the overall health and quality of life for my patients with acute or chronic wounds. I strive to provide treatment plans which include debridement, infection control, pain management, and wound dressing.”

Dr. Youssef is board certified in Emergency Medicine. She is excited to join the Jovive Wound Care team in Mission Viejo to not only help patients with chronic or acute wound care, but to also help educate patients and their loved ones on the importance of proper wound treatment.

Kenneth Kushner, MD

Wound Care Provider

“Wound care practice requires time, patience, and a multidisciplinary approach to realize success.  It is extremely gratifying as a treating physician, to see the positive results that our patients can achieve, as we partner with them on what in many cases is a prolonged course of therapy.  It is my privilege to be a part of the team.”

Dr. Kushner has practiced general and trauma surgery in south Orange County since 1986.

He has brought his years of experience treating acutely injured patients to serve as a foundation for wound care practice.  He continues to expand his knowledge base with the latest innovations in wound care to better serve our patients.
