Evan Houck, DO

Dr. Houck has been practicing emergency medicine since 2010 and has been specializing in wound care since 2017. His goal as a wound care specialist is to listen carefully and treat his patients as if they were his family. He and the Jovive care team is focused on patient and caregiver education to understand proper wound care, as well as lifestyle changes that could accelerate healing and prevent recurrences.

Timothy McNaughton, MD

Dr. McNaughton is an experienced emergency medicine physician and is trained in advanced wound care therapies which are proven to speed the healing process. He is an innovator in wound care technology and is continuing to improve wound care solutions.

Yong Hwang Kwon, MD
“I guide patient through every step of the healing process, providing innovative new wound treatments that can lead to remarkable outcomes.”
Dr. Kwon has been taking care of patients in the emergency department at Redlands Community Hospital since 2018. He understand the impact dedicated wound care has on patients’ lives and has joined the team at Loma Linda to provide specialized treatments. Dr. Kwon is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, American Medical Association and the California Medical Association.

Krista St. Onge, PA
“Treating chronic wounds requires ongoing attentive treatment and education. I will work closely with the patient through regular visits to attain a positive healing outcome. Not only is my goal for faster healing but also to give my patients a positive experience.”
Krista has been caring for patients in the emergency room setting since November 2021. She has been trained in proper use of various wound dressings to optimize healing. She is focused on healing wounds with an emphasis on patient education.

Madison Baker, PA
“I am excited to be on a team that focuses on comprehensive wound care services in an accessible outpatient setting. We offer a wide range of treatment plans that will lead patients to faster healing, reduced total care of cost, and a positive patient experience.”
Madison’s experience began in a fast-paced emergency room environment as well as in-home wound care services. She has training in the latest treatments and technology available for wound care.

Laura is an experienced physician assistant focused on wound care and orthopedics. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve the best possible outcome while addressing any fears or concerns.
In Laura’s free time, she spends time with her husband and two sons exploring the outdoors, cooking new foods, and serving in their church community.

In addition to be being board certified in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Khoury is board certified by the American Board of Wound Management and has expertise in treating non-healing ulcerations and prevention of limb amputation. He has expertise in treating nonhealing ulcerations and preventing limb amputation.

Sandra Rickard, NP
"I assist in optimizing your wound care. In addition to offering medical interventions and educational support to expedite your healing, I also collaborate with you to ensure that you have a positive experience while achieving outcomes worth bragging about.”
Sanda has many years of experience working as a nurse in internal medicine, cardiothoracic surgery support, pulmonary disease, and podiatry. After receiving her master's degree, she began working in podiatry. Recently, Sandra has undergone training with Jovive Health physicians that regularly achieve some of the best wound healing results and patient satisfaction scores in the country.
When Sandra isn’t busy at the clinic, she enjoys her time dry camping and ATVing. She loves to visit Disneyland as much as possible with her family.
